President - Chief Operating Officer
During Mr. Wahoff’s 30 year business career, he has served in both hands-on and executive management positions encompassing many facets of a business organization, including Technology, Sales, Marketing, Franchising, Operations and Purchasing.
His franchising experience includes more than 10 years at Mail Boxes Etc., where he was a key player on a team that during that time grew the company to more than 3,000 franchised retail locations domestically and internationally.
Automotive industry experience includes time at General Motors in Detroit as a systems engineer, and later handling Operations and Purchasing for Automotive Engineered Products.
Mr. Wahoff has a bachelors degree in Marketing, an MBA with emphasis in Computer Information Systems, the Certified Purchasing Professional designation, and holds a Project Management certification.
Director of Marketing and Operations
Mr. Perez brings a new perspective to BumperDoc through his 10+ years of experience working in marketing and operations. He has been with BumperDoc since 2004 and was a key player in helping to create the franchise operations.
In 2009 he served as General Manager at a franchised location where he continued to refine the internal operations and marketing strategies of the company. He returned to the management team in 2013 and since then has completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in e-Marketing and continues to progress the companies vision both in marketing and operations.
Founder - Entrepreneur
Our founder, Triston Miller, first began offering reconditioning services to the San Diego community in 1998 under the name Creative Touch-Up, growing into Spectrum Auto Enhancements before creating the BUMPERDOC name in 2001.
Growing demand inspired the decision to open San Diego’s first full-service auto reconditioning center, and the doors opened at 3747 Convoy Street in 2004. Less than a year later, more space was needed to accommodate growth, and a 5,000 square foot facility was opened at 3885 Convoy.
Director of Franchise Support
Mr. Guyette started his career with BumperDoc in 2007 at Kearny Mesa as the General Manager and Business Development. He contributed in the growth of BumperDoc from 4 years before Opening his own Franchise in 2012 then transitioning back to Franchise Support and Business Development in 2016.
Prior to BumperDoc he spent 12 years at JP Morgan Chase Bank. During his time at JP Morgan he was Manager of Distribution Services. Managing over 400,000 loan files in house and 1,000.000 offsite loans and over 50 employees. He has extensive experience in management, distribution, sales, and running daily operations.
